Returns:

Please read the information below to see if your order qualifies:

• Request to return must be submitted from the buyer within 7 days of purchase.
• To receive a full refund, items must be sent back to Jewels and Gems with Love within 14 days of purchase date.
• The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the items.
• Refunds will be issued once the item has been returned. The refund will be returned to the original payment source and should take 5-10 days to process.

The following items can not be returned:

• Earrings
• Bespoke/Customised pieces.
• Sales/Clearance items.

Conditions of returns:

• Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs.
• The item must be returned in its original condition.
